Give your layout a name and click "Save".

Here is a representation of your screen, simply click the "Library" icon to open the library panel.

Here you can search your media library by file types, tags or by name. When you find the desired file click the small blue plus icon to make your selection or selections.

Once you have made your selection, click in the timeline to add the media to your region.

Now you can publish your layout ready for scheduling.

That's it. If your layout is already scheduled your'e done. If it's new use the left menu to go to the "scheduling area".

Set permissions using the cherry picker or change the owner to another team member and save your settings.
